With locally sourced ingredients such as wild growing hops, elder flower, and birch, our aim is to produce both a full bodied pale ale as well as a refreshing lager.
To be enjoyed during the serenity of a warm summer day, for dinner with family and friends, or after a day of hard outdoor labor. And of course to celebrate your project!
